heeeeere fishie fishie fishie

cutie pootie nori pantsie and jenny wenny bang i’m deadlast night after work, corona invited me over to her friend jens house, to hang out, to let puppies [ my violet and her Nori, a pitbull mastiff who is the most adorable giant doggie alive, and whos head is shaped like a giant canned ham ] socialize, drink coffee and smoke cigarettes.

also, we were there cause corona is moving into jens building, and she needed to tidy up the place a bit. i must say, i have some nasty gooey yucky feelings about corona moving into jens building cause now she lives in mine and its wicked cool cause i can call her at any time and go come down for a smoke! or we make fantastic dinners for each other its such a bitch cooking for one ... let me tell you! and i am going to miss her. but the building shes moving into is much better and in a much swinkier, saver neighbourhood, so I cant really complain.

unless she stops coming over for dinner.

then i will complain.

he heee ...

where was i ...? the train of though has left the station this evening ... ooooOOh yah! jens place! well one thing that was really cool is that she gave me a fishie! its a red betta the same colour as my walls ... look out, martha stewart! that ive named gossamer [ after the big red hairy monster on the looney tunes cartoons ] and after getting some orange plants from jen, and some red rocks from a pet store in london, i have a swinky little fish pad!!!

he doesnt seem to want to eat, though ... but i think that might be because the traumatic subway/streetcar ride back to the apartment in a Nestle Sundae container washed, thank you that has made him lose his appetite.

okay ... another thing that jen gave me while we were over there was a pigs hoof. its for violet to chew on, and its supposed to clean her teeth, and give her protein. i put my purse on the couch when i got home to attend to fish business, and she got into it and fished the darn thing out of there, she loves it so much.

so at five twenty this morning, she hops out of bed. i think nothing of it, cause she usually does that in the middle of the night all the time to go to the bathroom [ shes litter trained ] and then she comes back to bed and snuggles with me. but this time i heard her little toenails, and she was pacing around the outside of the bed. back and forth. I called out to her [ up up, violet! ] but she wouldnt come.

... then i heard a large * thud * on the ground.

she was trying to bring the hoof to bed with her.

* rolls eyes *

i had to take it away from her and tuck her quietly into bed, but not before hearing one of her giant, exasperated, sighs.

heres a picture of a fish that looks kinda like mine ....
